Farbflash

FindAll is another Authoring Xtra, which provides search/replace in:

• scripttexts
• textmembers
• fieldmember
• membernames
• member comments
• behavior initializers (Score)

If available the free PregEx xtra can be used to provide regular expressions. There is also a "Select in score" function, which selects ALL occurrences of the selcetd member in the score.

For the latest version of the tool check the trac project page at: http://www.farbflash.org/trac/FindAll. After creating an account (I need that to keep spam robots away) you can go to the subversion repository -> "Browse Source" and checkout trunk as single zip file by directing your browser to http://www.farbflash.org/trac/FindAll/browser/trunk and clicking on "Download in other formats: Zip Archive" at the bottom of the page

This version should also work in D11, although the use of regular expressions on Mac requires a new version of the pregex xtra (UB version). Also the windows version of pregex, will fail with upper ascii characters, as pregex is not yet unicode safe. AFAIK pregex is currently being updated.
Noentehless I will look into using ecma script regular expressions in case pregex xtra is missing.

I decided to release some of my own favorite tool miaws for Director authoring as open source projects for public collaboration.
Since I toyed around with the trac Project Management for our latest project and am very happy to use it, I decided to setup trac projects for these projects too and probably will add some others to the list later.
To avoid that my server is spammed too much, you must create an account in order to change wiki pages and to obtain an account for the subversion server.

Other than that I can only recommend taking a closer look at trac! I use the 0.11dev version and have added a lingo lexer for the pygments renderer (syntax highlighting for lingo scripts in the subversion browser view), which seems to work quite well so far (go to the preferences section and choose lingostyle as pygments theme). This lexer for pygments can also be used for other software server-side or client side. See the pygments project for further info.

I updated the above URLs. Basically it just doesn't use the port 8080, but standard port 80 now
